About Casey
Health and wellness has always been a passion of mine. In my younger years, I was a very shy individual, but through sports and fitness, I found confidence in myself. Athletics have always been a part of my life, so I ran (a lot) and would lift some weights here or there. I always wanted to go to the "other" side of the gym, but it was intimidating. When I did go, I would pick the time of day that had the least amount of people in the weight room. As I continued through my fitness journey, I figured out the benefits of not only lifting, but lifting like the guys! Once I figured this out, my confidence, mentally and physically, completely changed.
I have been training and coaching full-time since 2021, helping other women gain confidence not only in strength training, but in themselves! It’s about creating a stronger version from the inside out and getting off the diet mindset. Ready to pick up some real weights, eat real food and get off the cardio machines?
