About Casey

Health and wellness has always been a passion of mine. In my younger years, I was a very shy individual, but through sports and fitness, I found confidence in myself. Athletics have always been a part of my life, so I ran (a lot) and would lift some weights here or there. I always wanted to go to the "other" side of the gym, but it was intimidating. When I did go, I would pick the time of day that had the least amount of people in the weight room. As I continued through my fitness journey, I figured out the benefits of not only lifting, but lifting like the guys! Once I figured this out, my confidence, mentally and physically, completely changed.
 

I have been training and coaching full-time since 2021, helping other women gain confidence not only in strength training, but in themselves! It’s about creating a stronger version from the inside out and getting off the diet mindset.  Ready to pick up some real weights, eat real food and get off the cardio machines? How to work with Casey

1:1 in-person training

I will be coaching you in-person working on your overall strength, change of physique and nutrition coaching.  I offer 1, 2, or 3x a week sessions.  I offer training in my personal gym OR I also provide training in the comfort of your own home gym.

1:1 Virtual Coaching 

I will be working with you closely, helping you achieve any weight loss goals to strength goals, to whatever you are personally looking to achieve to better your health.

All virtual coaching clients receives personalized macros and calories prescription, personalized workout program through my app and lifestyle coaching to help you achieve long-term success!

Small Group Training

This is not your typical group class!  You will be working on traditional strength training in order to get stronger and start changing your overall physique! No BURPEES, BOX JUMPS or JUMPING JACKS EVER!  All fitness levels welcome!

 

The small group training takes place in my home gym. The maximum number of participants I can per class is 4 so limited spots are available.  I offer 2 & 3 day options.
